Description: | Intact, apart from some chips. Aryballoid jug. Raised base; globular, slightly pear-shaped, body; narrow neck; flaring, cup-shaped mouth; single vertical handle. The shape suggests a Protocorinthian aryballos, the wide rim here upturned at the edge. Gray clay. Metallic black glaze. Cf. P 20701 (ΣΑ 984); also the red glazed example, larger, P 20726 (ΣΑ 1057).
