Title:   Lekythos

Description:   Small chip missing from foot; otherwise intact. Plump ovoid body; flaring ring foot and flaring rim; narrow neck; band handle. Decoration: lip glazed inside and out; four bands around the neck; horizontal stripes on the handle. On the shoulder, three sets of five semi-circles with hourglass centers; two bands below. Remainder black except reserved band with four glazed bands in it, below point of greatest circumference. Foot reserved below.
Buff clay; glaze dull black to reddish.
