Description:   Front of lip missing, otherwise intact. Plump ovoid body; flaring ring foot and flaring rim; band handle from below rim. Decoration: lip glazed inside; horizontal stripes on handle. Three bands around the neck; from a fourth hang reserved triangles, the points down. Two reserved lines around shoulder at point of lower handle attachment, and another pair around lower wall. Foot reserved underneath.
Pale buff clay; black to reddish-brown glaze, worn on mouth and handle.
Context:   Protogeometric burial on north side of Temple of Ares.
