Title:   Jug with Glaze Decoration

Description:   Mended from many pieces, small parts of body and rim restored in plaster. Round mouth. Rolled handle attached at rim and rising above it. Low disk foot; round body. Broad band of glaze above foot, narrow line just above foot. Four bands on body, two of them narrowly spaced on middle of pot. Rim glazed and narrow band below it. Broad wavy band in handle zone. Glaze band on handle. Inside unglazed.
Pinkish-buff clay; streaky brown to black glaze, worn.
Context:   Well.
