Title:   Alabastron
ΤΙΤΛΟΣ:   Αλάβαστρο με κυματοειδή διακόσμηση 1400 – 1375 π.Χ.

Description:   Intact except for chips missing from one side of lip. Domed alabastron with rounded bottom, concave neck and projecting rim, nearly flat on top. Glazed rim and neck inside and out; also a line around top of shoulder below neck. Handles glazed; from the left attachment of each springs a double row of dots. Below, around lower shoulder, broad wave pattern. On underside, concentric circles.
Pale buff clay; decoration in dull, very dark brown glaze.
ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ:   Μικρό τρίωτο Μυκηναϊκό αλάβαστρο. Λείπουν θραύσματα από το χείλος.
Context:   Mycenaean Chamber Tomb opposite stoa of Attalos Pier 15, in modern drainage ditch. Pit under skeleton 4.
