Description:   Small hole in side; otherwise intact. Small duck askos, with rounded wall and large central opening; spout tilts back to join band handle; shallow bell mouth.
Pinkish-buff clay; thin fabric, neatly finished. Black glaze on the mouth inside and out, on the top of the handle, and for a broad band at top and bottom of wall, with a narrow band between.
Cf. the series of similar vases from the Heraion at Delos (Délos X2, pls. XVI-XVIII: "Vases couronnés, Rhodo-Ioniens"; the banded decoration as pl. XVI:104).
ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ:   Ασκός. Φέρει μικρή οπή στο σώμα. Σχεδόν ακέραιος.
