Title:   Lekane Fragments with Graffiti

Description:   Two fragments preserve parts of rim and wall, with the attachments of one handle, and one stub of the other. Steep wall; rim flat on top, overhanging; rolled handles set close up under rim.
Parts of two large letters preserved on each fragment, scratched through the glaze on the wall inside: <graphic>
Good hard fabric. Glaze on inside and on rim, firm dark brown; on the outside, a red band below the handle attachments.
Context:   Well to north of Nymphaeum.
