Title:   Vessel Fragments with Glaze Decoration

Description:   Several fragments joining to four give part of rim, upper wall and beginning of one handle. Wide mouth with inset flange for receiving rim; lip flat above. A groove at junction of rim and wall, another below.
Decoration on one side: egg pattern and dots above; tongue pattern with dots at the bottom, below. On the other side a spiral pattern runs below the tongues. Below the patterns, a band of white over the black glaze; above the pattern, two bands. Handle ornament. Rim glazed except for flat top.
