Title:   Black Glaze Jug Fragment: Corinthian

Description:   Mended from many pieces; none of the base remains; the preserved part filled out in plaster. Egg-shaped body; short neck with plain flaring lip; single handle from middle of neck to shoulder. Body below handle decorated at intervals by bands of added red of which only traces remain.
Thin black glaze, dull and much worn over outside and for 0.035m. inside the mouth.
