Description:   Mended from four joining fragments. Missing are parts of handles and rim fragment. Restored in plaster. Similar in shape to P 27972. Decoration on upper wall: garland with hanging pendents on one side, hanging ribbons on other in thinned clay.

Dull black glaze, peeling.
ADDENDA P 27972: Carefuly modelled foot, tall stem, deep bowl. Gently concave upper wall; high swung loop handles.
Context:   Cistern and well in Marble Worker's House.
