Description: | Foot, handles and three-quarters of body missing. Mended from five pieces. Stem with fillet at top. Shallow, rounded lower body, upper body flares slightly, offset from lower body by faint groove under glaze. In the center of one side is a naked satyr walking to right, with torso frontal and head turned to left. His left hand is on his hip, his right arm extended. He wears an ivy wreath. Very round eye, dots around nipples, anatomical details in dilute glaze. Shiny black glaze. Orange clay. Type B. For shape cf. Agora XII, no. 32, ca. 440 B.C. Same vessel as P 30141.
