Title:   Kantharos Fragment: West Slope

Description:   Seven joining fragments preserving one-fourth of upper wall, one handle, one-fourth of lower wall. Foot missing. Angular kantharos with concave upper wall meeting convex lower wall. Partially scraped groove just above point of greatest diameter. Strap handle with ivy leaf thumb rest. West Slope decoration: incised wave pattern with hanging fillets at side.
Glaze mottled from red to black, peeling.
