Title:   Potter's Test Piece

Description:   Single fragment preserving portion of test piece, with no clear edges. Fragment, cut from lower body of small open vessel, preserves lower stump of handle attachment. Probably from a one-handled cup rather than a skyphos.
Clay body and reserved surfaces fired close to pink 7.5YR 7/4. Exterior reserved; upper part of interior painted. Paint fired red.
