Title:   Black Glaze Stemmed Dish

Description:   Mended from twelve fragments. Almost complete. Flat disk foot with rising cone in center, vertical face, low stem, rim thickened and sloping down on outside. Reserved: underside of foot except for band of glaze within cone, face of foot, stem, both edges of rim, center within except for glazed circle and dot.
Peeling, misfired black glaze.
Shape similar to Agora XII, no. 965 (500-480 B.C), though smaller.
Context:   Well.
