Title:   Black Figure Skyphos Fragments: Attic Type

Description:   Three joining fragments (a), and three non-joining (b, c, d) of wall and rim.
Rim slightly out-turned, reserved band on interior.
a) Preserves rim, crouching lion, forepart of kneeling Herakles, quiver above and branches in field. Below, black glaze with reserved band.
b) Rim fragment with traces of two objects.
c) Groundline and reserved band, above trace of figure, probably tail of lion.
d) Fragment of black glaze below rim and two leaf-dots.
Good black glaze, orange clay. Hasty incision.
