Title:   Black Figure Neck Amphora Fragment

Description:   Broken all around; from a closed pot, unglazed inside. The head and shoulders of Hermes, left, and beneath a handle, (broken away) a smaller figure left. Vine in field.
Red for the beards and part of Hermes' garment. White for the drinking horns and the top of Hermes' hat. Orange wash.
A hard incrustation of cement, inside and out.
Context:   Gallery of well (Hellenistic and modern).
