Description:   Intact. Low ring foot, convex side wall, flange pierced to tie lid on. Side wall: band of glaze at bottom; two black bands, series of alternating standing and hanging vertical lines; interlocking bands; 3 black simple maeanders, hatched; three black bands; zigzag; three black bands. Interior unglazed.
Bottom, inside foot, wide band of glaze; two black rings; wheel with heavy hub and wide hatched spokes (it resembles a sun with rays) and a flower of some sort.
Buff slip; dull, slightly metallic black glaze.
