Description:   Small flat-bottomed cup, with convex body and nearly straight slightly outward-turned lip; one vertical strap handle, lip to point of greatest circumference. Above base outside, wide black band, then three narrow ones. On upper body, on each side of handle zone, a hatched lozenge over a four-pointed cross-hatched star. Between, maeander band running to left. On outer face of lip, between four narrow bands, three alternating series of parallel vertical strokes, one above the other. Parallel horizontal strokes on outer face of handle. Interior, glazed black except for three reserved bands inside lip.
Somewhat metallic, slightly streaky black glaze.
