Title:   Reversible Lid: West Slope

Description:   Similar to P 6006 (Γ 1607) but smaller. Restored in plaster. Inside ring foot, double cross of white and thinned clay paint; above foot, row of white dots between incised lines; on body, ivy pattern, stems and tendrils incised, leaves in thinned clay paint; berries and main stem in white; below rim between incised lines filled with red, thinned clay paint dots alternating with white double strokes.
Glaze purplish red outside, black inside.
ADDENDA P 6006: High ring foot; vertical rim.
Context:   Cistern, middle fill.
