Description:   Similar in shape to P 6297. Groove below handle zone not incised. In handle zone, front and back, horizontal garland in thin clay paint, with a white line above and below.
Dull black glaze much peeled.
Restored in plaster.
ADDENDA P 6297: Moulded ring foot, flaring. High narrow convex-concave body. Two vertical strap handles with leaf thumb-rests.
Context:   Cistern. Lower, Hellenistic fill.
