Title:   Black Glaze Oinochoe

Description:   Mended from several pieces; a fragment from the lip and small pieces of the walls missing. Squat shape; ring foot; narrow neck; deep bulging lip pinched together for pouring; strap handle from below lip to shoulder. Wheel-run grooves at lip, neck and base.
Brownish-black glaze, much chipped.

Context:   Trench I, south of Brick Building. Fill of ash and carbon at foot of wall (pre-Stoa fills associated with Brick Building).
