Title:   Black Figure Loutrophoros

Description:   Partially restored in plaster.
Above base, rays. On body: front, two draped youths walking right; under each handle a siren with spread wings; at back, a goose. Around bottom of neck, rosettes; above, six cloaked figures walking right, with a gap at the back for the handle. Added white and purple.
Context:   No Agora grid. Brought in by George Nikolaides from Tholos Street where it was found in digging a cesspool. Reported to have been whole when found. Perhaps from a ancient well?
