Agora Object: P 8482
Inventory Number:   P 8482
Section Number:   Ι 899
Title:   Unguentarium Fragment
Category:   Pottery
Description:   Most of neck preserved and part of shoulder at one side. A simple cylindrical neck with turned-over lip. The shoulder appears to have been fairly flat.
Fine pink clay, polished outside; the orange-red water-proofing of inside covers also most of the neck outside, but more dilute and so yellower.
Fabric and color resemble so closely that of P 8480 and P 8481 that it is difficult to believe that this neck does not go with one or the other of the bases; probably with P 8480 (Ι 897).
