Title:   Black Glaze Stemless Cup Fragment with Incised Decoration

Description:   Base and part of lower walls preserved. Moulded foot ring; underside of bottom lightly moulded. A groove around lower body, just above foot. Inside in center, a careful shallow incised pattern: twelve-pointed star surrounded by two bands of tongues. Reserved: most of underside of foot, save for four narrow rings and a dot in center; groove, partly color-filled around lower wall.
Clay pinkish to gray; good black glaze.
Context:   Well, lower fill.
