Title:   Black Glaze Skyphos: Stamped

Description:   Much of rim and walls, and fragments of handles, missing. Restored in plaster. Moulded base ring; thickened lip, offset and out-turned.
Stamped decoration: six palmettes about a small circle in center, with band of ovules carelessly cut between two circles further out.
Good black glaze over all except for reserved circles on base and groove at bottom of side wall.
Context:   Well.
