Description: | Broken at neck and minor chips missing, bur surface generally fresh. Portrait of a bearded male, a foreigner perhaps barbarian. Hair done in large curls and waves, drilled and incised, more detailed toward the front. Prominent brow with thick incised eyebrows. Drooping eyelids, drilled pupils. Thick nose, broken. Mustache and beard done in short incised waves. Thick neck. Rasp marks clearly visible all over face. Crystalline white marble. | |
