Agora Object: SS 635
Inventory Number:   SS 635
Section Number:   Ζ 161
Title:   Stamped Amphora Handle: Knidian
Category:   SS Misc.
Description:   Fairly typical handle. Rather short upper part.
Surface smooth, in color ochreous-yellow (smutted).
Large impression, set very close to neck. Broken away at left, incomplete above and below, and somewhat doubled.
"ΠΟ" appears to be ending of first line but before that too much space and what seems to be the bottom of an "A" twice. The last line is restored by analogy with Dumont (1872), p. 334, no. 25 (circular impression).
