Description:		A prismatic-shaped piece of abrasive stone, perhaps used to rub down or polish marble. Sandstone. ADDENDA Identified as "TPOXOΣ", and as being sandstone by A. Georgiades. Cf. H.S.R. "Notes on Agora Stone-Worker's Grindstones" Early Roman period (to be associated with the work of marble-workers from whose shops derive several unfinished marble implements). Cf. Hesperia 20 (1951), p. 270.
