Description:   One side, front and back preserved. Most of front surface gone.
Subject of mold uncertain. Seem to have series of semi-circles along preserved edge with striations within the circles, possibly forming a circular base with preserved edge being bottom of mould.
Back roughly smoothed.
Inscribed on buff back while clay still moist.
Fabric: orange core with buff-yellow surface.
ADDENDA Part of the head of a protome. Joins with T 4088.
Context:   Well in Room 6, box 22, layer I.
