Description: | Preserved to the nape of the neck in the back and on the right side. Left side of chin and neck broken away. The hair of the woman is dressed in deep waves tied down by a band over the crown of her head. Falling nearly to the level of her shoulders in front it is looped up in a wide-spread chignon in the back. The coiffure reminds one of that of Julia Domna. Mouldmade. Traces of dark paint on the hair, and red on the face. Buff clay. | |
