Name:   NB976 B50 P115
Area:   Panaghia north
Category:   Basket/zembil
Notebook:   976
Context:   50
Page:   115
Date:   2006/05/17
Stratum:   circular fill N of wall 215; reddish-brown, silty sandy soil, compact, poorly sorted, with 20% inclusions
Notes:   Basket 50 is the removal of a red patch of soil (roughly in the same area as Basket 42) that seems to cut Basket 49. There is tile present, but very little--definitely not as much as B48 and B49, as well as charcoal, and dissolved mudbrick chunks. There is no plaster in this basket. It is unclear whether this is a true cut or simply a patch of dissolved building material. We changed baskets due to a soil change (from red to brown).
