Stratum:   Fill of grave. Medium reddish brown silty clay with 30% pebbles and 20% cobbles, loose.
Notes:   B 56 is the excavation of the pit fill just south against wall 292. We came down upon our 17th pot (elevation 90.17) and a pocket of seeds, which might have been carried down by ants. Nevertheless we are keeping it for the water sieve. After we came down on our 18th pot, we decided to close this basket and start a new one for the pots. We sieved 90%. See pg. 106 for top plan.
