Stratum:   Removal of the stone console. Mostly boulders and large cobbles held together by reddish brown silty sand.
Notes:   The stone console (a.k.a., "stone feature") wsa removed, stone by stone. None of the stones showed signs of being spoils, except one pithos rim fragment and a couple of roughly squared stones. The fill behind the console (middle of E side of console; B73) was slightly more compacted than the rest of B73. We are still not clear whether the consoloe preceded or post-dated the rectangular foundation near it, although it is very likely it is constructed on top of fills that were dumped inside these walls after they go out of use.
