Stratum:   Fine to large pebbles, all shapes. 20%. Also, tile
Description:   The soil color is mixed. The soil is poorly sorted. It is mixed- see description.
Notes:   We remove a firm white clayey layer along with dark black soil softer soil beneath it. This deposit is north of 5530 and along the west face of Wall 38. We arrive at a layer of firmer soil of similar color. This soil has tile inclusions, and it cuts beneath the soil directly to its west. We will therefore move further west to explore the overall soil relationships in this area.
