Description:   The context shape in plan is oval. The top break of the cut is sharp. The sides of the cut are vertical. The break at the base of the cut is sharp. The base of the cut is flat. Truncation: Truncated by cut 6462 on its eastern side.
Notes:   Context 6464 is a cut for deposit 6463 which appears to be a robbing trench for a small section of E-W wall which was revealed by removal of context 6461. This small wall section abuts the north end of wall 5519. The cut is semicircular/oval in shape and was fairly deep. It was partially truncated on its east end by cut 6462. A date for this robbing trench, which truncates a floor surface to the west, could help date the sequence of events in this area.
