| Notes: | 14.5.2012 Today, we have not excavated this context because it appears to be overlaid by 824, a black, packed soil, which has to be dug before 823. 15.5.2012 We decided to investigate 823 in order to understand the boundaries of 824. This context has a mixed soil, where red, yellow, and black soil can be distinguished all mixed together, just underneath the yellowish surface of this context. 16.5.2012 This morning was clear that 823 laid on a pit, which was cut into the black soil, 824. In conclusion the context 823 was a mixed fill characterized by different colored soils. 823 was laid on 824 and on a pit, which has not been dug yet. | |
