Description: | Top slope of the context is slight down to the S. The soil color is light reddish brown. The soil compaction is compact. The soil is poorly sorted. It is silty sand.
Notes: | This context is an area of slightly redder fill below 134. We open it to expose more of the surface to the south and the extent of the FT on s. side of wall 44. After removing down to the level of the bottom of 152 there is a roughly linear soft patch of soil along 3 sides of wall 44. It appears to be cut into the reddish soil to the S. It may have been cut into context 152. We will close this context and dig the FT next.
