Description: | Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is light brownish yellow. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes: | 10.13: Excavation of the context started after an artificial boundary was created. In the NE corner of the room there is a well lined with stones but not bounded with mortar. If the context is by this side is removed there is a great chance of damaging the structure, since this is not consolidated. For this reason it was decided to leave part of the context unexcavated (see top plan) in order to prevent the collapse of the well. Excavation of the context is also revealing the face of the wall N of the room. Only the lowest course of it is preserved, and it is laid on the surface directly, without any visible foundation trench. 24/06/2015 Larkin Kennedy, Rossana Valente Animal bones: sheep/goat, bovid, clam (1.32 kg) all thrown.
