Description:   Plate with vertical ring foot, rounded resting surface, rounded undersurface. Shallow body with straight flaring profile to broad horizontal outturned rim with blunt lip.
Decoration:   White slip on interior and overlapping lip. Slipped surface irregularly painted with swirls and bands of green glaze, partly fired black; unclear whether intended to be wholly glazed, or patterned; no covering clear glaze.
Material:   Moderately fine pinkish-buff clay with 2% small lime inclusions, fewer fine red ones.
Condition:   Complete profile. Six joining frgts., complete foot, complete profile, ca. 1/8 rim.
