Description:   Bowl with low, slightly flaring ring foot and flat undersurface. Flaring convex sides, no rim, rounded lip.
Decoration:   Completely covered with white slip. Interior glazed completely. Exterior lip glazed to 0.011. Interior incised decoration: at center, lion standing facing right with head turned back over shoulder; horizontally striped neck and left rear leg; body and legs scraped out to clay; feet, tail, and right foreleg white; curvilinear motifs before and behind lion; near vessel lip, band of incised cross-hatching bound by two reserved bands and two incised concentric circles.
Writing:   inscribed. On bottom of bowl, inside ring foot: X
