Description:   Four-legged ritual vessel; more or less conical in section, widening considerably to top; burnished on outer face, inner side vertically pared, rough-smoothed; vessel interior rough-smoothed.
Decoration:   Incised on exterior: 6 horizontal lines, on 5 of which row of hatched or cross-hatched triangles. Traces of red paint on interior of vessel, and exterior at juncture with bowl. See C-1931-109 CP-2880 CP-2889.
Material:   Semi-coarse clay, many dark inclusions (to 2mm), some dark red, a few light, micaceous particles. Fired tan to black, to dull red to gray-black below surface.
Munsell Color:   10YR 3/1 to 10YR 7/3
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving leg, broken at junction to body and at toe; surface somewhat worn.
