Description:   Flat medallion with scraped groove. Slightly outturned rim, some fragments preserve scraped groove below the rim. One fragment has a slightly browner glaze, and is better struck: it may represent fragments of a second bowl from the same mold.
Decoration:   Mold made figural scene. On the medallion, four pointed acanthus; on the calyx, long fronds; on the wall, woman decorating trophy and Nike; on the rim, simplified guilloche between two raised bands. Worn black, burgundy, and olive glaze throughout. Romano identifies another bowl from the same workshop, see I.B. Romano, "A Hellenistic Deposit from Corinth," Hesperia 63, 1994, p. 66, n.6, pl.14.
