Description:   Stewpot with flat bottom curving into globular body, with upper half flattening into steep tapering shoulder, nearly horizontal outturned rim W00.016, 2 vertical ridged strap handles attached to upper body and underside of rim.
Decoration:   3 broad wheel-ridged bands on mid-body, ending in a broad concave band 00.017 m. below handles; 3 circumference grooves at lower handle attachment.
Material:   Fine cooking clay with frequent fine to small black inclusions, angular spherical and tabular, clay fired red-orange.

Condition:   Complete profile. Numerous joining frgts., complete profile; preserving small part of bottom, 4/5 body, 6/7 rim, both handles. Burning on exterior and interior.
