Writing:   graffito. Three Greek letters, RLA , incised at the base of neck. According to Lang (Hesperia 1955), it is the date 131 AD.
Material:   Fine chocolate brown clay fired to dark grayish brown on exterior surface with abundant medium mica and rare large to very large rounded white inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Exterior surface: 10YR 4/2 Core and interior surface: 7.5YR 4/2
Condition:   Two joining frgts preserving 1/4 of shoulder up to base of neck.
