Description:   African Red Slip flanged bowl Form 91B. Hemispherical body, wide downturned flange with convex top, gently bevelled edge, and concave underside, rolled rim.
Material:   Fine light red clay with very few small white and sparkling inclusions and very few small voids; slip covers interior of vessel, top and lip of rim, exterior of vessel unslipped. Granular breaks.
Munsell Color:   Clay: 2.5YR 6/8 (light red), Slip: 2.5YR 5/8 (red)
Condition:   Fragment. Single fragment of rim. Slip flaking off on interior. Some pitting on exterior.
