Description:   Jug with cutaway neck. Flat disk base, globular body, narrow neck with outturned lip at spout. One vertical strap handle from bottom of cutaway neck to shoulder. FS 135
Decoration:   Exterior slipped and painted. One band around base, one band below midpoint of body, main zone at shoulder with conventional rock pattern above which a three petaled flower on double running tendril. Neck and spout painted solid. Handle with band on top which runs to rim, painted on interior.
Material:   Hard pink buff clay
Munsell Color:   Surface: 7.5 YR 7/4 (pink), Paint 10 R 5/4 (weak red)
Condition:   Complete or intact. 15 joining frgts., preserving entire vessel except for very small part (<5%) of body, 1/2 rim.
