Description:   Strainer. Bottom fairly flat pierced with many holes (twenty preserved). Body almost cylindrical, but flares outward slightly from bottom to top. Vertical rounded lip. One large flat basket handle, of which only attachment is preserved, attached across lip.
Decoration:   Bottom is blackened as if burned.
Material:   Coarse very gritty clay
Munsell Color:   Surface: 7.5 YR 6/3 (light brown) to 10 YR 4/2 (dark grayish brown)
Condition:   Complete profile. 9 joining fragments preserve 2/3 of base, 2/3 of body, 2/3 of rim, stub of handle
