Description:   Krater. Shallow spreading foot, short wide stem hollowed underneath. Deep hemi-spherical bowl, outward thickened squared rim. Handle attachments suggest vertical strap handles from rim to max. diameter. FS 10 - stemmed krater
Decoration:   Exterior slipped, polished and painted. Foot has two parallel bands, upper foot and stem painted solid. Three parallel bands below decorative zone between handles. Main zone has a central motif of either a voluted Flower (FM 18) with panelled stem or a stemmed spiral (FM 51), flanked by a Tricurved Arch (FM 62). The other side is the same except that the panelled stem is filled with horizontal bars and volutes or spirals are outlined with dashes. One thick band from upper body to top of rim. Traces of loops around lower handle attachments. Interior monochrome.
Material:   Fine clay with occasional large pieces of grit
