Description:   One frgt of a Corinthian Bosal. Flaring ring foot, with curved resting surface and sharp angle to body. Convex body. On shape see Agora XII, p. 107-108.
Decoration:   Wheel marks on interior. Incised groove above foot, reserved. Black glaze otherwise over all except underside of base. Red wash (imitation Attic?) and pattern of black concentric circles of a variety of widths on underside. On interior, stamped palmettes joined by incised curves. Incised circle at center.
Material:   Fine very pale brown clay with rare small inclusions and rare voids.
Munsell Color:   10YR 7/3 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Fragment. One frgt preserving one third of foot and small part of lower wall.

Period:   5th c. B.C.
