Description: | Mask of male comic actor. Good head of thick hair, brushed back, and forming slight peak above forehead. Several furrows in forehead and highly cortorted brows, left brow pinched, right brow raised. Wide, bulging eyes with punctured pupils(?), short, wide nose, wide beard. Hollow. Mouldmade with tooled details. Possibly later generation of MF-10501 (Hesperia 34.1, p. 10; Bookidis & Stroud 1997, Corinth 18.3, p. 244). Possibly Pollux' Mask 22. | |
